Who is responsible for my visit and wound treatment in ISRAEL?
A Personal Medical Secretary will be available from the moment you contact us, and will accompany you throughout the healing process, assist in bureaucratic processes and will answer any question.
The Medical Director of your treatment will be a physician, who will manage the process. From initial inspection of your medical documents, via all stages of the treatment during your stay with us, until you are discharged home and after that. This physician will be one of our team and will be selected according your wound type.
Wound Care Nurse will visit you every day or two, according to your wound condition. She will inspect the wound and change the dressing, measure your wound, and make sure the healing is progressing. She will be able to address a lot of your concern and answer on questions you might have. She will bring with her everything that is needed. i.e. instruments, dressings, wound cleansing solutions etc.
We will make sure all the people you communicate with you, will speak your language and that communication is 100% clear.
